Raw cacao powder, frozen banana, LSA, organic crunchy peanut butter and unsweetened almond milk. This smoothie reminds me of my Dad as he always has a glass of chilled choc milk
whilst he’s on holiday. This is the healthier version 😉
These after-dinner choc mint balls are the perfect after-you-eat healthy treat to satisfy the sweet palate. They have a lovely peppermint flavour as well as a delightful little crunch from the cacao nibs and are ideal eaten straight from the fridge. Guilt-free indulgence in a matter of minutes.
Super-speedy and dead easy no-bake, gluten-free Banoffee Pie for a last minute healthy dinner party dessert. Enjoy your guilt-free slice of goey banana and toffee goodness straight from the freezer. Try not to devour it all at once 😉
BREKKIE STARTER (pear, oats, chia seeds, avocado, ground flaxseed, almond milk, cinnamon) – jam-packed full of fibre and speeds up the metabolism. Current fave and love to add crushed walnuts for a crunchy topping.
DRINK GREEN (kiwi, banana, spinach, walnuts, coconut water. OPTIONAL: almond milk) - energising, hydrating and full off vitty c from the kiwifruit and spinach. 'Put the good back in' with this tipple.
This is literally the easiest and tastiest healthy pud on the planet. It's a great way for kids to obtain their potassium (from the banana), calcium (from the raw cacao powder) and antioxidants (from the coconut oil). It's my hub, Will and my brother, Hen's all-time fave healthy dessert.

This recipe is definitely healthier but still tastes incredible. Such a fun refined sugar-free treat to make with (or without!) little ones.
