MATCHA SMOOTHIE BOWL

This creamy, refreshing and energising matcha green smoothie bowl is one of my favourite ways to start the day. Loaded with vitamins, minerals and antioxidants with the added bonus of a healthy caffeine buzz. Click here for more reasons to love matcha green tea.
- Prep: 3 hrs
- Cook: 5 mins
- Yields: Makes 1 bowl
1Peel a banana, break it in half and pop in freezer (in a freezer bag) for at least 3 hours.
2Blitz all ingredients together in a food processor until smooth (add more coconut water or almond milk if needed).
3Pour into a bowl and add toppings (anything that takes your fancy).
