BREKKIE STARTER SMOOTHIE

BREKKIE STARTER (pear, oats, chia seeds, avocado, ground flaxseed, almond milk, cinnamon) – jam-packed full of fibre and speeds up the metabolism. Current fave and love to add crushed walnuts for a crunchy topping.

  • Cook: 5 mins

Ingredients

1 pear

1/2 cup oats (gluten-free option if desired)

1/2 avocado

1 tbsp chia seeds

2 tbsp plant protein powder (or ground flaxseed)

2-3 cups organic unsweetened almond milk (and water if desired)

TOPPINGS:

chia seeds

crushed walnuts

Directions

1Add all ingredients to a blender. Stop when you have a smooth, creamy and frothy jug of deliciousness.

2Serve and enjoy. Sprinkle with chia seeds or walnuts. Stick two straws in and enjoy with your little one 🙂
